Housing Warning
Please be advised that a third party may be contacting you to book rooms for ASBMR’s 2012 Annual Meeting. This third party is claiming to be the ASBMR Housing Coordinator, however, they are not authorized by ASBMR and are in no way affiliated with our organization. We understand they may be calling exhibitors and instructing them that the ASBMR housing block is sold out and they will then proceed to try to sell you on a specific hotel block that “still has availability”. While we do not know enough about this third party’s intent, we do not recommend you work with this company and instead you only reserve your hotel room via the ASBMR Website or through our housing coordinator, Jessica Klapstein.

Group Housing (5 or more rooms)
ASBMR has special group housing forms/reservation processes available to those groups requiring 5 or more hotel rooms during the ASBMR 2012 Annual Meeting. To block rooms for groups of 5 or more people coming from the United States, please contact Jessica Klapstein at jklapstein@asbmr.org.
International Group Housing Department
ASBMR International Groups Department (ASBMR IGD) is now offering international groups and sponsors official group housing blocks for the ASBMR Annual Meetings.
