The National Bone Health Alliance (NBHA) is seeking applicants from members of the bone health community to serve as potential sites for fracture liaison services. This project, for which NBHA requested $29 million over 3 years from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Innovation Center in support, would establish a fracture liaison service (FLS) in the Medicare beneficiary population at up to 80 sites.
For additional information about FLS programs and the site selection criteria, please visit the NBHA website. The application form is available on the American Orthopaedic Association (AOA) Own the Bone website. Applications are due no later than Friday, March 2.
