When stranded at the airport due to severe weather or mechanical delays, or when needing an immediate change due to scheduling issues, your agency is an indispensable ally. Your ticket will be issued and an e-mail will be sent confirming your itinerary. The price of your ticket, including Apollo’s service fee, will be listed. Restrictions, fees and cancellation penalties will apply. Airport Transportation Taxi and chauffeured limousine services are available at the arrival level of the Montréal-Trudeau Airport. A taxi from the airport to downtown Montréal will cost approximately $35 CAD. Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted. Provincial regulations require customers to pay in Canadian currency. L’Aerobus, operated by Groupe La Quebecoise, provides an efficient connection by motor bus between Montréal-Trudeau airport and downtown Montréal. Buses depart every 30 minutes. Attendees should plan on approximately 45 minutes of travel time. Tickets are on sale at the Montréal-Trudeau Airport Arrivals Level.
