Fifth Annual Skeletal Research Symposium
The Center for Skeletal Research, funded by a NIAMS P30 grant, is happy to announce its Fifth annual Research Symposium. The goal is to bring together the Boston/New England bone research community for an exciting afternoon of scientific exchange. This year we will again feature talks by two talented leaders of the field from outside the Center, Drs. Lynda F. Bonewald from Indiana University and Karen M. Lyons from University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Lyons will also host a special informal session about careers for young investigators. We will also have talks by two investigators, Diana Carlone, Ph.D. from Boston Children’s Hospital and Li Zeng, Ph.D. from Tufts University presenting their research supported by Pilot Grants awarded by the CSR. An important part of the symposium will be the poster session that will allow time for informal exchange about research ideas, prizes will be awarded. We ask that you register for the meeting so we can determine the number of attendees. Seating is limited.
This event does not offer CME.
