CMS Makes Public Company Payments to Physicians – Verify Your Information

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released the Open Payments database to the public. As part of the Affordable Care Act, this database provides information on physicians who have received consulting fees, research grants, travel reimbursements and other gifts provided to physicians and teaching hospitals.
