ASBMR President Lynda Bonewald describes the benefits of dancing for osteoporosis prevention in a feature editorial in the Kansas City Star. "Dancing isn’t just fun, it’s great for weight loss, and what’s lesser known, it helps build strong bones which will hopefully keep you dancing for decades," she says. While dancing is fun, the "silent epidemic" of osteoporosis is a serious problem that affects all generations.
