Thank you to everyone who participated in the Diversity Poster Competition at the 2017 Annual Meeting! The winners of this year’s competition are Yael Alippe for her poster ‘Bone matrix components activate the NLRP3 inflammasome and promote osteoclast differentiation’, Jesse Goliath for his poster ‘Ontogenetic Patterning of Human Subchondral Bone Microarchitecture in the Proximal Tibia’, Clara Quiroga for her poster ‘Role of HERPUD1 and ERAD activation during differentiation and mineralization of osteoblast in vitro’, Diarra Williams for his poster ‘Genetic engineering a sheep model of Hypophosphatasia’, and Julian Vallejo for his poster ‘Lack of a direct effect of FGF23 on skeletal muscle contractility, Ca2+ handling and development’.
