Warren Grayson, Ph.D., Awarded 2013 ASBMR Career Enhancement Award
Date: July 30, 2013
Warren Grayson, Ph.D., faculty member at Johns Hopkins University, is the recipient of the 2013 ASBMR Career Enhancement Award. This award helps a bone and mineral faculty member implement a research project outside the scope of his or her current research in order to build new skills and expertise in an outlined research project. “I am honored to receive the ASBMR Career Enhancement Award,” Dr. Grayson said. “This funding helps to initiate transformative, high-impact research into molecular mechanisms regulating stem cell differentiation during the formation of complex tissue structures, which is not currently funded in my laboratory.” The award will allow Dr. Grayson “to expand into a new research area that will ultimately contribute to ongoing work in bone tissue regeneration.”
The CEA Award was made possible with support from Lilly USA, LLC.
