    • Assists Executive Director and Project Coordinator with: Preparing/Communicating agendas, minutes, action items, updates and materials for/to Council, Executive Committee and Corporate Advisory Board
    • Securing approval of minutes and e-mail votes from Council, Executive Committee and Corporate Advisory Board
    • Obtaining council book reports from Committees, task forces and staff
    • Logistical support for Council, Committee and CAB meetings - collecting housing forms, updating attendance lists, tracking RSVP's, making catering arrangements and creating meeting materials (PowerPoint presentations, badges, tent cards, etc.)
    • Assists Project Coordinator with the content and production of the ASBMR e-News and other electronic member communications
    • Assists with all membership and subscription duties
