Bone Health ECHO for Rare Bone Disease- February 7, 2017

    Date: January 26, 2017

The Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) helps to address unmet needs in the care of chronic complex diseases and has recently been applied to the care of osteoporosis and metabolic bone diseases. Bone Health ECHO is having a special session on rare bone diseases (HPP, hypopara, XLH, and OI) on February 7, 2017 at 12 Noon to 1:00 PM MT. It is a great opportunity for anyone in the rare bone disease community to see firsthand how ECHO works and imagine the potential of a Bone Health ECHO program dedicated to rare bone disease for all clinic sessions.
