    Grant to Retain Early-career Physician Scientists in Research Announced

    The Doris Duke Charitable Foundation has announced a new Institutional Grant Opportunity, 2015 Fund to Retain Clinical Scientists. The fund will provide supplemental, flexible funds to early-career physician scientists working on clinical research projects and facing extra-professional demands of caregiving. The goal of the program is to retain early-career physician scientists in research. Grants will be awarded to U.S. medical schools and affiliated research hospitals that will administer this program and will provide supplemental funds to physician scientists at their institutions.  Letters of intent are due June 15, 2015.
