ASBMR Membership FAQ

ASBMR recently launched a new website. Everyone must first Setup an Account to connect to the new ASBMR user portal. If you were a previous ASBMR user, your old credentials will no longer work.

From ASBMR.org, click Login in the top right corner. On the "Setup an Account" tab, enter the email address and password you'd like to use.

If using a different email address than is on your current ASBMR account, no problem! We'll go through some steps to verify it's you. Please note: each time you use a different login method, you must use the "Setup an Account" tab.

A. Change your password by clicking the login link in the top right corner and then clicking the Don't remember your password link at the bottom of the login box. Enter your email and then click the Send Email button.

B. If you've already logged in, click on My Profile in the top right corner next to the Logout link. This will take you to the user portal. Click the menu on your name and select Change Password.

To update the email address associated with your existing ASBMR account, follow these steps:

1. Log in at my.ASBMR.org and go to Account > Manage My Profile to update your email address.
2. Log out of your account once the change is saved.
3. Return to the login page at my.ASBMR.org.
4. Click “Set Up an Account.”
5. Enter your new email address, create a password, and enter your name.
6. Check your inbox for a verification email. Click the link in that email to verify your address.

🔔Note: This process does not create a new account. You're simply verifying your updated email address so you can continue accessing the same account using your new login credentials.

Once verified, you’ll be automatically logged in and ready to go.

Login to your my.ASBMR.org account and click on My Profile in the top right corner next to the Logout link. This will take you to the user portal. Navigate to Membership, then My Membership Overview. If the renewal period is open, you will see the option to renew underneath the What Would You Like To Do? menu on the right.
